We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced ASP developer for part-time work within our team of local and regional developers. Web developers work within our management structure to deliver our clients projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations. Sometimes our clients have a need for exceptionally fast turn-around and we therefore have a need for a flexible resource base.

The ideal candidate:

* Has 3-5 years of web development experience, mostly in ASP;
* Is passionate about the web and stays abreast of the latest web development technologies;
* Is organised and detail-oriented;
* Can quickly grasp and translate the needs and missions of our clients;
* Is good at explaining complicated concepts to non-technical people;
* Wants to supplement their income with part-time work.
